Pretty decent - the extras in it gave me a noticable libido boost. Although i did have some gi issues
Nice can never complain about higher libido. GI issues however, definitely sick.

Big update coming – I was away from my computer over the weekend, the cold/flu bug my wife had finally caught me. On the way up now, but man…multiday sinus headaches suck!!! Training took the headache away a little & helped me breathe, but otherwise, I was laying around, drinking fluids, eating, & resting. Finally picked up a couple more 45lb plates – so next deadlift day I can go for a new max

Dpol has been rocking – strength hasn’t let down yet & weight is still hanging constant, a-ok with me. Surprised on both of these as I’ve been sick. Heck, I was still setting PRs even being under the weather. Noticing a little bit more acne but nothing major – legs and in/around my beard, usual spots. I still haven’t found a flavor that doesn’t mix well with dpol – over the weekend I mixed lemon RecoverPro, Alphamine, Citrus Emergen-C, & dpol – still tasted pretty good.

Hmm ... the OJ dpol condense combo sounds like it would be good. I've mixed with each but not all 3 together yet

I'm pretty sure there was a clinical study showing no help. It's nothing special.
Vitamins D and C are pretty good. Depending on the problem zinc and garlic may help reduce time.

Congestion though might just hit some pseudoephedrine see how that works for ya. Possible antihistamine if you think it could be allergy related

I’m down to my last few days of Dpol – sad times… The strength has held on pretty solidly, despite some low calorie days & illness. The times I’ve used Hemavol & Swoll-n during this, the main effect I’ve noticed from them is endurance. Since I usually respond pretty well to the pump benefits of these products, I can only assume that Dpol has already helped out in that department enough that I’m not really noticing a big extra pump post workout. I’m pretty sure dpol has maintained a state of semi-pumped the entire time…lol.

I am really looking forward to getting my natty stack rolling – Dpol with the addition of ABE & EP is gonna be sweet!

So I didn’t get thru quite as much as I thought, but still had a pretty good session – a PR is PR….& I’ll definitely take 2 PRs in the same session. I’m creeping slowly but surely towards that 300lb squat -

Go to a doctor around here & they just call it the river valley crud & try to give me a antibiotic....so helpful... Hopefully this is a just a passing cold & not the extra early start to allergy season.

Me neither ... that's why I skip the doctor unless I'm actually dying...

My wife has been fighting the same bug as me. Against both of our better judgements, She went to her doctor and sure enough, put her on an antibiotic, plus the follow up course of anti-yeast infection drug, since that's what happens to her each time she goes on one...fun times. :/

From Dayton, now I'm about 100 straight north from there. We only got hit with about two inches. Much less than expected. Hopefully the snow doesn't put a hold on the Walleye run. I was hoping they would be in the river by this weekend. Gotta do something to pass the time til bow season!

Yeah-I've been hearing that the smallies are starting to hit, but of course it gets cold again and no fishing for me... Turkey season is coming soon!

Back from the weekend with some updates. This time change business always throws me for a loop & the logs show it… My strength gains cut off abruptly this weekend. My sleep schedule was thrown off, along with having a crappier diet due to some social stuff. My shoulders are continuing to get stronger, but my big lifts tanked…just didn’t have any gas in the tank at all. Motivation was off & I just couldn’t get moving. My squat day felt OK once I got going (main lift #s down though), but todays chest session was pretty lame. The real bummer is I took my last scoop of d-pol this morning! I’ll be posting my final review shortly -

First let me give a big thanks to AaronJP1 for giving me this opportunity & to all the rest of the guys at Purus (Airborne42, Grambo, Doja) –

D-Pol powder Custard Crème Flavor

GI Compatibility – 5/5 – This is the make or break variable for me. Sodium DAA makes all the difference – not any issues at all from this.

Strength – 5/5 – What can I say…the PRs kept coming & coming. I stayed on the low side of maintenance cals thru this & kept moving up the weights. I woke up ready to attack the iron & attack I certainly did. Aggression was there, but it was a motivated aggression, as compared to an on edge feeling.

Pumps – 4/5 – The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is that I honestly couldn’t tell if the pumps ever stopped. I definitely see changes in the mirror, but the usual post workout pump I’m used to was nowhere to be found. I’m suspecting I’ll notice more as it goes out of my system - maybe I'll start deflating back, hopefully not … lol

Libido – 4/5 – I noticed more “on top of my game” feeling than straight libido boost – there was illness going thru my house most of this time, so that had to affect my mood somewhat. However, I’m feeling that another tub would change that a bit as the libido has been picking up a bit more this last week or so.

Flavor – 5/5 – Top notch!!! Custard Crème – A great diversion from the usual intense fruit flavors I’m used to with preworkouts or straight weird chemical tastes of powders. I mixed it with various PWOs, water & even OJ (on recommendation) – great taste all around. I even found myself looking forward to drinking this each morning

Mixability – 4.5/5 – Used mainly blender bottle & shaker cup – it mixed up 90% without any difficulty, but I was always left with a small amount of grit/powder at the bottle that took a 2nd swish to get out. I have no issue with this at all, but some might.


Overall: 4.5/5 - I wasn’t really expecting too much out of a solo DAA run – thinking this was going to be more of a testing period before my natty stack. I was quite pleasantly surprised with D-Pol. No GI issues from the start led to some nice strength gains throughout. The flavor is great & mixes well with just about everything. I liked it enough that I have since purchased 2 more tubs to go with 8weeks of ABE & EP coming up next month.

Once again – a big thanks to Purus! D-Pol powder is an A+ in my book!

Feel like I'm a little bloated from some crappy weekend diet cheats. I'll be going after whats left of that ab fat from here into summer. Can't really get a good shot, but my back seemed to gain a bit and pick up some definition.

Highly recommend D-Pol and looking forward to running it again!
