So planning on starting a light blast 300 test 300 npp 25 mg var. Bp was elevated around 150/90 few months back. Bp now is around 130/70. Usual when blasting it creeps up a little bit. Been taking carditone and cialis.

Dr prescribed me lisinopril months before but managed to get it down on my own. Now want to have something on hand just in case it goes up. Been hearing a lot about telmesartan. Wanted to hear what you guys think would be better or any experience you guys had with one or the other.
Thanks!

If all you are looking for is BP benefits they should both prove effective as long as you tolerate them. Personally, the additional health benefits of Telma make it preferable for me.

My bp has always been ok but just based on what I’ve heard tellm would be the way I’d go. As above, both should work though

I was on losartan before. Zero sides at all. Cheap n effective. Appears telmisartan’s ppar stimulation is overblown

I just eat alotta garlic, take beet root powder.
If further drop is needed you can do hibiscus tea.

Similar position here. One natural supplement that worked wonders was carditone. It was dramatic in terms of lowering my BP, better than my prescription meds and much much faster results.
