What's good bros,
I'm new to the site, been reading around and I can't really decide which one is better for me. My goals are simply getting leaner and shedding body fat, however I don't want to lose much mass. I'm 6'0, 192lbs, and my body fat is somewhere in the range of 11-12%. My goal is to pack on more muscle but decrease my body fat percentage to less than 9%. Which of the supps would be best in allowing me get to reach my goal, the cut or the bulk?
