More Core PR's and significant increase in reps. I am not surprised 1-andro = significant increase in strength.

Well today I went for my epic plan and it paid off!! I could not be happier with the turnout of today and can't wait to try this workout again!!

Chest Workout:

DB press:
Warmup with 30
90 x 8
120 x 1 **PR (Tried for 2 but got half way and capped out.)(As a side note I did go earlier than I usually do and think had I had a couple meals in me I would have done better but I'll give it hell next time.)
110 x 5

Incline DB press:
75 x 8
85 x 6
90 x 0 (Not sure what happened but couldn't get it off my chest. Might have be due to the fact of trying the 120's on press.)
50 x 8 (Negatives)

DB Flys:
35 x 8
45 x 8
55 x 6

Decline Cable Press
190 x 8
210 x 8
210 x 6

Seated Flys:
190 x 8
210 x 8
230 x 5 **PR (Old PR 210 x 6)

My mood is great I have noticed more energy and not run down at all. My recovery after workouts is great not noticing any soreness. There are no side effects that have been noticeable or negative. My libido does seem to be increased slightly.

M1d can act as a base so its not surprising to hear the great feedback.. my libido sky rockets in it!

I'll second that. I enjoyed M1D on the Trifecta Kit a lot, and my libido was out of control!

yes this is what I am looking for in my next run. That's why it's a good match for 1-andro.

Today I took off due to waking up to a sore shoulder. (Think i slept on it weird.) Also there were warnings abiut icy roads so I got a bunch of work around the house done. But I will be hitting the gym hard. And as I just realized it has been 2 weeks since I started this log. It's crazy how time go so fast when your having fun making gainz!!

Wish it could last forever !!
Tell me about it. One of my biggest problems was getting demotivated once the supps ran out and I had to cruise away until the next run. I've learned to combat this but it makes me really focus and not slack when its game time.

Well today workout was great I went in with a goal and killed it. But now I am paying for it my arms feel great but think I hurt my neck when I was doing my dips. I have been stretching it and put bio-freeze on it which helped a lot.

Arm workout:

Seated curls:
Warmup. With 25
50 x 8
60 x 8 **PR (Old PR 60 x 6)
60 x 5

Skull crushers:
Warmup with 25
110 x 8..... Passed old PR by 1 so why not go heavier??
120 x 4 **PR (Old PR 110 x 7)
120 x 3

Forearms:
95 x 10
115 x 8 **PR (Old PR 115 x 4)
115 x 6

Preacher curls:
85 x 8
115 x 7 **PR Old PR 115 x 6) (Only by one but still made me happy)
115 x 5

Dips:
Warmup with body weight (198)
Bw+45 x 8 (Felt something weird in back of my neck so I didn't use additional weight on next 2 sets.)
Bw x 8
Bw x 8

Triceps pull down
75 x 8
125 x 8
195 x 4 **PR (Old PR 195 x 3)

Standing dB curls (With 6 sec hold at top.):
20 x 8
25 x 7
25 x 5
^^ Thought my biceps were going to explode after these. But I will contribute this ending excersize idea from my buddy Jay084.

OFFICIAL UPDATE:

As of today I went over all my measurments and they have all gone up by 1/8" on average. Which for me is hard to believe because the weight that I'm lifting has increased a great deal. I am sure over more time that it will increase more but I'll take any gainz I can get!! At this point dosing has become part of my routine and am very used to the taste of the liquids. Feels like I have a mint under my tongue. So far I am very please with how this kit has treated me and can't wait to see what else is to come!!

How did the meeting with he college go brother?!
Pretty good should be scheduling classes here shortly and officially going back to get my engineering degree.

With that being said last night I did not get home from my meeting until late which did not allow me enough time to make it to the gym. Today I made sure I got to go and kill it!!

Arm workout:

Seated curls:
Warmup. With 30
50 x 8
60 x 8
60 x 8 (Was susprised to get these again for 8)

Skull crushers:
Warmup with 30
110 x 8
110 x 8
110 x 6

Forearms:
65 x 10
85 x 10
115 x 7

Preacher curls:
115 x 6
115 x 4
115 x 3
(Did not get as many reps as last time but was able to get 115 up for each set which was exciting.)

Pullups:
Warmup with body weight (197)
Bw x 8
Bw +25 x 8
Bw + 45 x 7
(If you could have saw how quickly I was able to do the reps might have been amazed. This also makes me happy because it is putting me closer to my goal or the muscle up.)

Triceps pull down (Superset with single Arm pulldown)
75 x 8 (25 x 8)
125 x 8 (25 × 8)
125 x 8 (25 × 8)

Standing dB curls (With 6 sec hold at top.):
25 x 8
30 x 7
30 x 6

MY ARMS ARE SO PUMPED!!!! This workout was awosem and even tho there were no PR today I am still beyond pleased with the outcome. I felt like my body did not want to quit. Just as I thought I was gonna be in pain and not able to keep going I grabbed the weight and kept going with no fetige.

Good for you bro, get that degree. I am one class away from my Masters and it feels good. You'll blink and be done with school man and I'm glad to hear your still keeping your priorities straight with the gym. I hate when people say "I don't have time for the gym".....Blah blah blah.

Today's workout was a bit strange and could not figure out how what happened actually happened haha. I understand that your body has limits and can be pushed to them and beyond but sometimes the legistics I don't understand. I'll explain below in my workout.

Chest Workout:

DB press:
Warmup with 30
90 x 8
120 x 0 (Tried and couldn't get them off my chest.)
110 x 7
(I understand it is a 10lb different but it's a hard concept to wrap my mind around that it would make that much of a different that I can get the 110 up but not the 120. If I can continually push out reps at 110 for 7 here or 6 there to me I think that I should be able to hit the 120 for at least a few reps.)

Incline DB press:
75 x 8
85 x 8
90 x 8 (That's a PR but why stop there let's go for more!!)(Old PR 90 x 5)
95 x 0 ( Got it up 3/4 of the way and capped out)

DB Flys:
35 x 8
50 x 8
60 x 6 **PR (Old PR 55 x 6)

Decline Cable Press
190 x 8
210 x 8
210 x 8
(Next time going for more being I was able to push out 8 for 2 sets.)

Cable Flys:
110 x 8
130 x 8
150 x 8
(First time doing flys on this machine and didn't know how the outcome would be. I typically do them seated on machine but trying to change things up here and there to avoid muscle memory.)

160 x 3

95 x 8
105 x 8 **PR (Old PR 95 x 8)

Today I felt like an ANIMAL!! There is nothing more to say other than the the proof is in the workout!

Leg workout:

Squats:
135 x 8
185 x 8
205 x 8 **PR (Old PR 205 x 3)
(I could not believe I got this up for 8 and last week was only 3!!. I can't wait for next week to bump this up more.)

Barbell Calf Raises on Box:
45 x 8
65 x 8 (Hard as hell to stay balanced.)
75 x 8
(I found out today that doing Calf raises this was to me seemed to be harder but i felt it a lot more in my calf and even in my core because I had to stabilize the weight.)

Overall:

Dumbell Curls:
30 x 8 (3 sets) (With hold at top)

DB Press:
90 x 8 (3 sets)

Barbell Curls:
95 x 8 (3 Sets)

Pull-ups:
Bw x 8 (3 sets)
