Today Marks 3 weeks ! Hard to believe it!

Back to doing the damn thing! Arm feels great, but decided to wait one more day. So did legs instead of shoulders.

Day 24!

I am sure you have all had one of those exercises where you just nail it, well today was one of those days for me. The planets were aligned and I absolutely killed it!! And the best part is no weird pains. I have been getting strange pains since I started pushing myself into new PR's.

Today was international chest day of course. With some triceps!

Note: 1MD liquid feels really light and seems like It may not last until friday but we will see.

Rest periods are usually 1.5-2 minutes between sets.

8x50lbs AND.......
5x90lbs!! 6 if you count the first one that comes off my chest!! UNREAL! **PR** for amount of reps! And NO PAIN! so went for it again!!
3x90lbs!! Amazing!! Still no pain wanted more!
5x80 and that was it! Felt it hard! Good stuff!

Incline Press
Threw up 55s's like nothing!!

Left elbow and left wrist seem to be a little sore from lifting the heavier dumbbells. Nothing major, just... different lol

Usually a ph will dry joints out quickly man. Try and sup with msm and fish oil. Also curcumin ( turmeric) helps with inflammation. I try and get 300 mg of fish oil if taking orals. Ostraine art low dose while running a ph helps with joints an tendons, Just my personal experience.

All good info! I should have mentioned earlier, I am taking MSM,Glucosamine,conhondriotin, as well as 1000mg fish oil. All joints are good except the left wrist and elbow..

I ment 3000 mg fish oil. The good stuff. Not counting if it as a mixed fatty acid blend in it.

No workout today but tomorrow will be chestocalypse! Or legs...

This was the last full day of the 4 weeks :( so sad! I have a few more tabs of m1d left as well as 30 servings of 1-andro.

This ride has been nothing short of awesome! I am scared to see what regular workouts will be like!

So that would put my lean body mass at 151

Also cheap Ass dhea at 50-100 mg a day aim the am or if possible right before bed administered under the tpunge. Let it desolve for a minute or so then swollow. You can use this with the form and the form will help push the conversion rate of the dhea in favor of test not estrogen. This is a super basic golden era bodybuilding secret.

Go by the chart dosing timing is not as crucial as some make it. As long as you spread it out

Yeah it was and it wasn't. I was put through a boot camp type workout that our college level trainer teaches. He is insane.

in all honesty, most of my workouts revolve around the KETTLEBELL.
Ya, I can see cutting season becoming more like the workout I put in last night. Pointed out some big weak spots. Especially cardio!

Day 1 of PCT!

1.3ml of Form XT first thing this morning!

Taste- Perhaps the better tasting of all all 3 liquids. Its very mild, but it resembles cinnamon.

I did not sleep well last night since I was so sore from ropes and kettlebell, so that could be my problem, but I am yawning like its my job! I am yawning so hard I am getting tears lol.

Very tired today.

My mood is well though.

Last nights workout was rough.. I again was at a loss for energy due to crappy sleep. Also I was pretty sore so I should have taken off. But of course I did not, and tried for a chest and tricep day. Was the only group that wasn't too sore lol.

All in all day 1 was ok. I was pretty tired for most of the day. Today I am ok though, so must have been lack of sleep.
