I am already psyched for it.

It's exciting! I tried 365 Sunday but couldn't get it and hurt my shoulder, but it's fine now. Have a week left of this cycle, just gonna cruise on what I've gained!
That's awesome man! I was un aware you were on a cycle. Your on the LG kit like mine? If so, how long before you really noticed strength increase?

No I'm running OL Stenadrol and Tr3st, but really interested in the LG!

Day 8

This was another awesome workout! Decided to stick with leg days on saturdays. I am starting to think this kit is kicking in or maybe it was the egg and bacon breakfast lol.

I experienced some good determination in the gym. I lined up for some squats and had no idea what was going to happen.
I gave Epic anther try, and I am glad I did. Epic doesnt seem to get my heart rate real high. On leg days strong pre-workouts tend to get my heart rate up to high and I struggle to perform.

6x275lbs and felt awesome.
5x295lbs and thought HOLY SH**, But I felt maybe just maybe I should try 305!!
3x305lbs!!! I wanted 2 to be happy, but felt like I could get another, It was slow but It was a full rep!! I could not believe it!

Lunges
8x135lbs Ea Leg!!
7x135lbs Ea Leg!!! I usually struggle with 115!! UNREAL!!!!

And if i hadn't destroyed my legs enough, I decided to do deadlifts with little expectations.

Went for current PR and got
6x255lbs and stopped myself because I felt like I could do more and........
8x265lbs!!! Now i felt like celebrating!! Yelled the last 2 out but got them clean!!

4 plates and a cup of soup for all you can eat brunch, which If I had to estimate, I would say somewhere between 1600-1900 calories. And dinner was 4 hard tacos and 2 soft tacos. Will hit the mass shake too.

Doses are right in line with no misses. All seems to be going well!

Thanks man! I have no plans of slowing down, although I am pretty sore today.

Special note:

Mondays are usually a walk like a penquin day for me at work due to saturday leg day. HOWEVER today I feel fine! Very intersting indeed!

Thanks for the kind words! I am taking this product very seriously! I think the best is yet to come, but so far it seems pretty awesome.

Going to try for a back workout tonight... Not sure how well I will perform but i'll give it hell!!

Day 10:

A pretty normal monday. Spot on dosing at 7:00 7:20 and 8:00. My legs feel pretty much like they are healed up already! this is unheard of for me. Todays workout was back, and man did I NAIL it! I did so many motions, I will probably forget a set or two. I was able to move a lot of weight, and seemingly get little fatigue. My dip belt came in so I got to use that for the first time!

Thanks man! yeah its a whole different animal! I figured I need the development. I think my weakness in the press is my left tricep. When pushing, my left arm tends to give out a bit earlier than the right both in the chest and shoulder press.

So now i am slightly confused again with dosing lol.

I have been doing 1-Andro liquid at 2ml upon waking, 20mins later 1.3ml of M1D, then 20 mins later M1D Tab.
Then at 2pm 1.3ml M1D and 20 mins later M1D Tab, then at 9pm I take 1.3ml M1D and 20 mins later M1D Tab.

This is what it looks like according to the chart. But according to the supplement facts under the bulking andro kit, it says

Serving Size: 2ml
Servings Per Container : 90
Active% DV : 30mg%
Propriety Blend
3b-hydroxy-androst-1-ene-17-one (20mg)
Other Ingredients: Water, Glycerol, HPBCD, Citric Acid, Na Benzoate, Ca EDTA, K Sorbate, N&A Flavor, Sucralose, Ace K, Stevia. Xanthin Gum. *% Daily Value Not Available.
DIRECTIONS: Shake Well, Adapt a caps snap down and screw on, Dispense one dose under the tongue. Hold content under your tongue for 60 seconds, and swish the contents around your mouth and swallow it completely. Use 4 doses spread out during the day with at least 30 minutes between doses. Example: 1 dose upon walking, 1 dose after getting ready, 1 dose after work and 1 dose before bed.

And then on the bottle it says 2 times a day lol. So there 3 different suggested dosages.

Should I only be taking 1 andro once twice or 4 times?

Yesterday was a day of rest and long john silvers lol. Today I am at a mental cross roads. Should I do chest or triceps? I haven't hit triceps on their own in over a week.. If I do chest, I wont be able to max out on triceps. Decisions decisions..

Sup everyone?? Getting ready for the walking dead and figured I would update.
Today was a day of rest that i feel I needed with the strain I put on my tricep or deltoid. Not sure which it is.

Nothing much to update except the healing process seems to be faster than ever. I was able to lift some heavy boxes for decorating for christmas without much discomfort.

Another thing I noticed in the gym is alpha feeling. I feel like I am the biggest baddest mofo around lol.

Oh and I meant to post this photo with my weigh -in. This is a little hard to believe though!!



Crazy!!

So that would put my lean body mass at 152lbs!!

I started at 146lbs!

I know electronic measurements arent that accurate, but these were both taken first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom!!

Feeling great!

Thank you! So it looks like I will have 30 servings of Andro-1 liquid left after the 4 week cycle.
I used one of those kits around a year ago and I used the andro-1 (2) times a day split 12 hrs apart. Had good results and no sides.

hmmmmmmm!!! Wonder if anyone from LG has an opinion on this...

I don't want to mess the log up for them.. According to the label it is supposed to be taken twice a day, but the chart says once.

Is it safe to say since I am heading into week 3 my body is more used to andro-1? And upping it could help?
