I hope you've gotten your answer.
That dosage is fine.
And split it up throughout the day.
It's been shown to be optimum, but not necessarily proven to be.

I personally would go with the 10mg 5 times throughout the day.
Just don't use it to close to the time you take your liver support.
(God willing, you are planning to use it.)

There's not much to the dosiing.
Just dont take the liver support dose too close to the dbol.

Since you're doing 50 split 5 times throughout the day it will be hard to do the whole, "wait 4 hours between liver support and whatever oral you're taking".

Wait atleast two hours I suppose.
All in all, it is not necessary.
It's just a personal preference for me, and many others.

Make sure you really know what you are doing before you start though.
