Deadlift 225x3, 245x3, 275x10x3 reps
Assisted Pull-ups 3 reps x 10 sets.
Better workout than I thought. 45 seconds rest. Didn’t do it exactly but should start next week with correct lifts.
Gonna go and put up my final review in the next couple of days.
Basically loved it first month. 2nd month is hard to tell as I was more stressed out, worked out less and diet went cappoey.
