Threw together a make shift leg day at home since all I have are dumbbells and I wasn't able to get to the gym.
Db Squats 10x10
Felt pretty awkward but seemed to work good.
Db lunges down my hallway and back 4 times.
Db stepper
Up and down my 5 stairs 5 times. Could only carry one 70 db at a time due to the width of my stairway. Still kicked my ass.
Walked around in my snowy yard carrying 80s for a minute. Had to use straps on this one.
