Threw together a make shift leg day at home since all I have are dumbbells and I wasn't able to get to the gym.

Db Squats 10x10
Felt pretty awkward but seemed to work good.

Db lunges down my hallway and back 4 times.

Db stepper
Up and down my 5 stairs 5 times. Could only carry one 70 db at a time due to the width of my stairway. Still kicked my ass.

Walked around in my snowy yard carrying 80s for a minute. Had to use straps on this one.

So is this Viagra, or T-X3? I seriously walked around with a stiffy most of yesterday, and woke up twice last night and then again this morning that way!! If this continues my wife is in trouble :D

Keep up updated on the joints buddy.
Joints felt pretty good today. Actually got some training in even though I was feeling pretty crappy.

Didn't train shoulders last night due to being too damn lazy lol so hit them today. Caught some kind of crap that's going around so wasn't able to go too heavy but did get some pretty good volume in.

Haven't weighed myself in a few days as I'm still eating like crap from Christmas leftovers. Will get one tomorrow morning though. Libido is still very good. Everything else seems to be going good as well.
