I'm actually trying to run Eviscerate + after this for the strongest burn
I think that's what I'd like to try! Would I start it right after this stack is over?

If you can hold off on adding anything additional for the remainder of the log, I will make sure and get you your choice of topical from the Eviscerate series. I'd also appreciate, not a full log, but a short review of that as well.

Oh, I'm not planning on adding anything else in!! I can stop the Abliderate if you'd prefer. I just stuck with it because I was already using it. I was just curious if I'd go straight to Eviscerate from the stack or take some time in between.

Eviscerate works on completely different pathways from both AMMO and Epitome. You would be fine rolling right into it.

Good morning! Bumped the volume back up today because I plan on doing cardio at lunch. I really enjoyed it! Back has got to be my favorite muscle group to train! Workout was great! Dropped the weight on some of the exercises to slow down the reps a lot! Really felt everything light up!!

Scale is not budging so far but I am feeling leaner. I am feeling more positive about everything- think the ammo is helping my outlook. I know the epitome is keeping me nice and warm and really really working on my appetite! That is a huge help! After having my calories up for a while, I guess my body got use to the extra. It's been an adjustment cutting calories. Thanks to this stack- I am not struggling any more!

We have 2 consecutive weekends planned...last weekend in June & the weekend of the 4th. My Mom lives at the beach (Wilmington, NC) so we are very lucky to get to go a lot.

No complaints here at all, don't get me wrong, but my brain never ever shuts off, which makes it hard to sleep.

That is exciting & stressful. No sleep/lack of good sleep sucks. I don't know how I functioned the first year of my son's life. Oh wait...survival mode. I hope you can find some time to rest though dsade!! We don't want you turning into a zombie!

I picked up a bunch of spider bites too digging through dark corners of the old warehouse, so that just adds to the zombie effect.

Making Java Lather, though, always brings me back to Zen and now I also have batches of Renegade and Body Butter on the board for this week.It should be able to balance all out then I can crash during the weekend.

Eek...to the spider bites. I don't mind spiders...as long as they aren't poisonous. Here dark corners = black widows. So yeah...ummm nope. I'd have the flame thrower out first...haha!!!

I've been consistently taking my ammo 1st thing and then again at bed time! The Epitome I take about 9:30-10 and then again about 3:30. Appetite is suppressed, core temp is up both throughout the day and at night! I wake up throwing the covers off. (In a 60 degree room too) I am seeing some leaning out in my stomach around my belly button (my biggest trouble area) I'm loving that especially since we will be heading to the beach on Saturday!
