as soon as my post workout food is ready I'm going to pop 2 caps.
my regular routine will be either 1 or 2 caps w/tbspn pb 1st thing in morning before workout, then if only 1 cap in morning another 1 cap with evening meal. muscleresearch should I dose both in morning or split dose?
