Happy Thursday! Man, has is been a busy week and not just because of the cake. Work has been really busy too! Had a great workout this morning! Ventured out and actually wore shorts...?

Sipped on a scoop throughout my workout today! I think the anti cramping in the Active Aminos is helping with the cramps I get from the clen. I can tell a difference on the days I don't take it before or during my workouts!

**kept these lighter and quad focused w/ feet close because I felt a sharp pull in my hamstring end of the 1st set. It feels fine now but hurt for about an hour after my workout.

some good data showing a stronger GH release when you perform cardio between sets. maybe kat can attest?

Hmm I'm not sure! Definitely something worth looking into further! I have read something similar in the past! I'm just doing in primarily to keep my hr up and burn more calories in hope that the fat will go away! Lol

Happy Friday! I don't know if it was warmer in the gym or what… But I sure was drenched pretty much within 20 minutes of my workout. It was gross! Lol I was able to get four sets of chin ups/pull ups before my shoulder start clicking. It didn't hurt today but I didn't want to push it.

Sipped on a scoop of the active aminos throughout my workout today! Although my legs have been really sore- everything else seems to be recovering quite well!

My gosh that's a serious workout there! Pull down PRs are huge for a person at your weight. Means I should be doing 250-260 on mine(ain't gonna happen!).

You just need to rope off the equipment you need during your session. Today you would've only needed to rope off 80% of the gym floor. :)

Got a cardio session in today at lunch. (Today was my sleep in day!) Mixed my active aminos and pwo together and drank them on the way to the gym.

5 min wu on elliptical
5 min Tabata on elliptical
10 mins Tabata alternating battle ropes and jump rope
5 mins Tabata with jump rope

Did some ab work too! I have a little doms in my legs but everything else feels pretty good! The SLDL's got me yesterday! I forgot how much I enjoy those!
