Use to be into dead lifts like crazy back a few months ago.hell yeah! i love deadlift day. thats always my favorite
Back day for me...honestly I get geeked to do a back workout especially when doing deads as part of the workout. Even when I am a fat a$$ I still look jacked from the pump I get from doing a back workout. I don't know what it is, but man there is nothing like a great back workout...I was always get that primal rage/predator feeling when doing back and if there is one workout where bothering me is risking life and limb that would be my back workout....lol.Thanks brother. ME upper is easily my favorite day of the week!

Sorry about your head Jim, glad you are alright man.Jump update: For those of you that haven't done it I will give a brief description of what I see and feel after manifest for a jump, here goes.
We manifest and load up the buses to head to green ramp. After sitting their for an hour or so we go do our sustained airborne training to make sure we can PLF (parachute landing fall) and other basics. One hour later we rig up into our parachutes, they are uncomfortable and squeeze the traps and balls even when put on perfectly. 2+ hours of sitting in our chutes, some sleep and some talk, we load the bird. Its a C130 this time, heavy and unstable, they rock even with no wind. 30 minutes of sitting and we take off, the cabin is not pressurized and we fly for 40 minutes in a big circle waiting for the order to jump. First chalk goes, we see them exit the door and no nothing about what happened to them afterwards. We stand up and connect our static lines and wait for green light, on the command "green light, go" the first jumper leaps from the door. We all follow behind, this time I am the last jumper. I leap out the door and am met by the cold North Carolina wind, its a night jump but I can still see that my canopy is complete. I am falling faster than expected and as I pull my risers to prepare to land I slow down significantly, just as I was trained. 20-50 feet from the ground the wind changes direction and throws me the opposite way, its too late to change now and I squeeze my feet and knees together and brace for impact. Feet hit, I am thrown to the ground like a ragdoll, my head violently smacks the ground and the end result?

And yes, that is dry blood along with my head hitting.so hard my nose bled.
Airborne, All the Way, Let's Go! :sarcasm:
Thanks for your concern brother! On that note, ME got pushed to tomorrow to get a little rest before deadlifts, hoping it feels like new tomorrow so I can really push my lower body.I'm glad you are getting in some good workouts in spite of the neck issues. Take care of it though. You don't want to aggravate something like that.
Failed multiquote ftw! Thanks brother I appreciate it!Sorry about your head Jim, glad you are alright man.

It was just strange. Real strange.Lol!
thanks brother.Sick workouts
I was wondering how that would work.... Seems like something that might be better if it was just presented to me & I didn't see it being made...It was just strange. Real strange.
I did it the way I saw some of the guys in ABs thread (or LTL) say. With milk, protein, and pb. It was just weird.I was wondering how that would work.... Seems like something that might be better if it was just presented to me & I didn't see it being made...
Thanks brother.

Nice man. Sounds like things are still going well and the supps are treating you right.GREAT WORKOUT TODAY!
The only change to today's preworkout was that I had 50g of Karbolyn not long before the Uptake and my PWO of choice today was a sample of ON's PRE that I had lying around (tastes good, works OK but nothing spectacular)

An interesting note for today is that after the workout I felt hypoglycemic, I have no explanation for this and my intake as of now has been good. Prepping dinner now but still feeling that way, even after eating a little something in walmart.
Also a few notes on Free Test:
The Acne has subsided on my chest but I have begun breaking out on my back more than usual. Not really a problem but is definitely noticeable.
My recovery is still good, I attribute some of this to Free Test but mostly the retarded amount of calories I'm consuming (for me at least)
Strength is consistently up, I am surprised that I can consistently hit PR's almost every week! (except on BB Bench for some reason :dunno: )
My wife says I am a little more on edge, I don't think this is the case (I already have a short fuse just good self control) but more that she likes to have something to blame when I get mad (Not screaming or beating her mad just frustrated with work and things of that nature)
NO Uptake:
So far I don't have enough good to say about this product. It works extremely well when combined with the other products in this stack. The pumps are awesome and don't seem to be as carb reliant as other products I have used before. Endurance is definitely there but sometimes I get ridiculous calf pumps when running, which is cool but kinda painful at times lol.
IGF-2:
I believe this has a hand in my recovery and strength. A little on the expensive side but I believe it to be very efficient from what I have seen of it so far. If you haven't tried this I would recommend giving it a shot at least once, from my experience about halfway through I will very likely use this again.
Also my vascularity and definition seems to be improving, I will be posting progress pictures at the end of the first bottles of each product leading into the second (halfway point). It feels good to wear XL shirts  (except for the USPLabs ones, those things are ENORMOUS!) especially when they ride up at the sleeves when I get a pump from any exercise!
It does happen to me from time to time as I run low fasting blood glucose as is. Could be a salt issue as well, people can confuse the two easily.Good workouts man!
Ill get that hypo- type feeling once in a while as well...just figured it was stims on an empty stomach-
