So Im thinking of competing in this 12 week comp that coming up here in Australia - I posted previously about some supps I have and checked the ingredients against the 2016 WADA prohibited substances but couldn't find too much, just the following

Olympus Labs Conqu3r and Endur3+ states it has HydroMax Glycerol Powder (65%) 2g; and Tr1umph with AlphaSize® Alpha GPC 250mg

Glycerol is mentioned in the pdf. Are there different types of Glycerol or is it basically a banned substance and I cannot use the supplement?

Here is the list that I have
Tr1umph
Conqu3r
Endur3
Alphamax xt
Anabeta elite
Test1fy -- just noticed Luteinizing popped up on WADA too.
anafuse
alpha lean 7
erase pro

glycerol is banned because athletes can use GMS to dilute their urine samples to help falsify/alter the results. Most ingredients that are banned are done so with an upper limit of usage. Such as caffeine over 200mg(maybe 300?) is banned in archery because it can be considered a PED at higher doses
