if its legit you will know in 10days ( long as ure diet / training is there )

if ure new to training .. just use creatine/protein and get accumlated with the program and then jump into steroids after doing more search

with orals you will need more then just "steroids"

I train for almost 10 years now, Supplements and training are spot on. Just trying to go to the next level with what I heard anavar ist the safest compound. What else do I need ?

If your taking a oral steroid and your not seeing some kind of strength gains and better gym performance in the first 2 weeks then your gear is fake or your diet and training is sub optimal.

If you never used steroids before then regardless of diet and training your strength will still go up for a little while just from adding the drugs. It will just be less pronounced then someone doing everything right

You can have it roid tested with a test kit. That will tell you whether or not it is real but it could be as little as 1mg or the full dose because those testing kits don't Tell you the dose

So if you wanted to test your anavar, The kit will tell you whether or not anavar is in the product. It just can't tell you how much,. It could be a 50 milligram pill or it could be a 10mg labeled as a 50
