So I dosed my 3 HPTA in the morn & I'll do my 3 before bed.
I took 3 Caps of Volume pre workout & it worked so good for me today.
It feels great to be back on HPTA as well.

A few notes I made today about what I'm feeling is the Volume.
I had better pumps today during workout than I've had in a long time.
My PWO was water.
I had incredible vascularity. It was awesome! I'll get a pic of it next session.
My veins feel like their pumping super strong.
Libido seems to be up as well.

I m really loving the Volume before my workouts, incredible vasc.
Libido is still up and some of the local not so hot chicks are starting to look better to me ... Lol

Day 5 Morning weight 182.0 Sore as hell on day 5. With all good intentions of working out I took a rest day. Felt really good the next morning. Recovery was quick thanks to my Ironchamp Volume. Day 6. Morning weight 182.0 Woke up feeling so good today that I popped my Volume early this morning with my AM dose & went out for an early 3 mile rune before work. Now I'm standing at work bored as hell with vascularity for days :)

DAY 9 On HPTA and Volume Morning weight 183.0 So, I've been resting for the last few days. Only eating and doing morning runs. The last few days I've been taking 6 caps of Volume. 3 in the am & 3 in the pm. I've also been diving a lot these last few days and have some dive finals again tomorrow & Sunday. I'm sure the Extra Volume will do its job, it's really been helping me get through my 5 hour swim classes. The HPTA I'm loving! Libido is sky high with random wood in the middle of the night and a guaranteed morning wood every day. With the added vascularity of Volume it's a win win! Would be great for PCT. The HPTA is also keeping me hungry and I'm giving credit to it for keeping my weight up during my super long swims with little food on some days. Hope everyone had a great Christmas.

I'm 43 and trust me I'm not hyping your product. I just don't have anything bad to say about it. Sorry
