I'm new here. Just saying hi.
Question... How do I set up an avatar?
Anyway, I think an introduction is in order...
Call me Zombocalypse. 26 years old, lifted weights on and off, gonna lift again very soon. Best squat was 405 pounds, Olympic-style with a pause at the bottom. Best bench press was 275 pounds, done when I was 17 years old. Current goal is to squat 415 pounds at a lighter bodyweight. I was 230 pounds when I squatted 405. Right now I am 190 pounds. Once I hit 180 pounds, I'll go heavy on the weights and the calories, and see how strong I can get without exceeding 200 pounds bodyweight.
My other hobbies are watching anime and playing video games.
