Help with Trione/Pre-Workout Creatine Stack

Guys,

Two parter here:

First: Is it ok to stack Jack3d with PrimaForce Androstenetrione? I was wondering if I even need a pre-workout with the Trione?

Second: A friend of mine tried this and loved it but he has been on the pre-workout/creatine wagon for like 5 months. Shouldn't you only do three months of creatine and then three off?

I may be mistaken but nice to know for sure - thanks!

yes,I use td trione and pre-workout drink is a must for me.You can use creatine year around
