Hey.
I have posted in supplements board a topic that says I need non hormonal xit for growth and stuff like this and all of the replies insisted that I'd better stick to foods as I am 18 years old, 6"1 and weighs 71KG.
So, they actually changed my mind and I'm gonna stick with food. Can you suggest me a lean bulking plan with less fat, bulking while getting shredded I believe (And is that even possible?). Also, if there is one, how much size I would put by the end of 2017?
