Ok gents- Using the compounds that are listed below, how would one go about planning a short cycle (6-8 weeks?) with the intent of burning off some stubborn abdominal fat and adding some muscle hardness (Just trying to get past a plateau).

160mg Test Cyp (per week)
1000 I.U. HCG (per week)
Adex

Stats:

218lbs
BF 10-12%
Diet: cyclic Keto
Yrs lifting: 30
