Help! How can I clear up shoulder/back acne after pct???

Any suggestions on how to clear up acne? Been almost 2 months since pct

Ive heard hibiclens works well purchased from amazon or cvs pharmacy, guy i know bought the main ingredient from what is in hibi, and only uses it now mixed in his shower gel and said it works great!
