Hey Guys~
Im about to start a stack of Competitive Edge Labs H-Drol and X-Tren. Please review and make any suggestions on my training regiment, supplements, etc. Please keep in mind that I am currently living overseas in South Korea and thus, some gym equipment is hard to come by here. In fact, the heaviest dumbbells I've found near my area of Seoul are 35kg. Nonetheless, please let me know what you think. Thanks ahead of time!
Monday
Chest
Bench Press 15,15,8,6,6,4 (next week - incline barbell)
Incline Press 10,8,8,6 (next week - flat machine press)
Floar press 3 x 6 - 8 (real heavy)
Flat flyes 12,10,8,6 (next week incline flyes)
(probably 2 weeks with dumbells
as i think 35's will be easy then,
so cables then)
Cables FST 7x15
Biceps
Barbell curls 15,8,6,6,4
Hammer curls 12,10,8,8 superset with ez bar 6-8 reps (alternate grips)
Concentration curls 4x10 superset with ez bar 6-8 reps (alternate grips)

Tuesday
Abs whatever you want, but ill be:
Swissball crunches
planks
hanging leg raises
and a little wieght work
Cardio 30 - 45 min max cycle and tredmill (interval training)

Hack squat 4 x 8-12
walking lunges 2 lengths to start
Extensions 3 x 12 (heavy and slow for mass)
Extensions FST
Hamstrings
Leg press 2x30 (warm up)
Stiff legs 15,15,8,6,6,4
Lying curls 3 x 12 (heavy and slow for mass)
Lying curls FST
Calves Standing 4 x 12 (Heavy)

Best stack i can come up with, without crapping my liver out
week 1: 2 caps H-drol (5o mg)
week 2: 2 caps H-drol (5o mg) 2 caps X-tren (60 mg) (110 mg/day)
week 3: 2 caps H-drol (5o mg) 3 caps X-tren (90 mg) (140 mg/day)
week 4: 2 caps H-drol (5o mg) 3 caps X-tren (90 mg) (140 mg/day)
week 5: 2 caps H-drol (5o mg) 4 caps X-tren (120 mg) (170 mg/day)
week 6: 1 cap X-tren a day (30 mg/day) and one cap Nolvadex before bed for 20 days...begin Inhibit E as soon as stack is finished
***Will take it spaced out 3 times a day (10am, 3pm, 10pm)
Everyday
preworkout *Jack3d or White Flood (i have both)
postworkout *Cell-Tech and Whey Protein
3 caps Omega 3 Fish Oil
2 caps Multi Vitamin
