I have noticed HCG works much better when injecting into the thigh rather than injection into the stomach.

Yeah I notice the same. Thigh or glutes has worked best for me.

IM definitely works faster/ more noticeably with hCG.

sub q is easy for me there, or a lot of people
near the tear drop pinch the skin and go for it. lol
i like my hCG IM in the quad.

It seems like its a fairly small amount of liquid... is it not hard to use with a bigger syringe?
