Felt great in the gym today for back and bies day. Felt so tight today felt like my muscles were constantly on a good pump.
Warm up
5 min on bike
Deadlifts 135 1x10, 185 1x10, 225 1x5
Deadlifts 275 1x3, 295 3x3, 315 1x3, 335 1x1 ( the reason it is like this is cause i continued to add weight)
Lat pulldowns 145lbs 4x10
Straight arm pulldowns 110lbs 4x10
Cable rows 200lbs 4x10
Hammer curls
Alternating bicep curls
Preacher curls
Cable crunches for abs
Cooldown was stretching
