I am about to start my 1st cycle ever. 1 week on cycle support already, all my products are here.
There is so much info on this site it is easy to get overwhelmed. Whish there was a good book or write-up on what’s legal & how to cycle & stack it.
If you pro’s could look it over I sure would appreciate it. Just want to make sure I am going in the right direction.
35yr, 240lb, 18%BF, lifting 10yr serious-2yr, 1yr Macro-bolic diet. I want to add some more mass & drop the BF%. When BF is down I then want start a 2nd major mass stack cycle after 6wek rest period.

2. Whey shake after workout
3. Casein/whey shake before bed
4. 6-meals a day with 2g of protein per body weight. (chicken, fish, mainly w/some lean red meat)
Taurine
Only if need for back bumps

Should I take 6-Oxy or is Cycle support enough.
