Just finished up a good program i designed for about 5 to 7 weeks. Gained about 8 solid lbs on it and took in good amount of calories for once in my life and damn it helped. Now looking to start something new i heard german volume training is pretty good to add size. Any help on this?

Basically just how a chest workout would look during this program. Then once i see that i can kind of get the idea for the other parts to. And how a split would look.
I can't remember exactly because it's been over a year ago, but that link I provided lays all that out.
