Guys with allergies, does test make them better or worse?

Anyone with seasonal or year round allergic rhinitis (aka hay fever) does taking test make them better or worse? Fall allergies are the worst for me and I've dropped my TRT dose from 175mg a week to 125mg and it seemed to help a litttle. I've read that estrogen plays more of a role in aggravating symtoms but I keep my estrogen in check with exemestane 12.5mg every 3rd day.
