So deadlift day is over and I have to say I am in full beast mode right now. It started off when I got to the gym and it was full of 105 lb highschool dbags doing cable curls in sleeveless shirts and flexing. But I was like fu*k yea no one in the power cage. Anyway to the workout

Yea and no leg bounce. I would say deads overhead press have went up the most

ok im going ahead and logging my squat workout for the other day. i will be pushing my bench day back to tomorrow to do with my deadlift day. its not ideal but work is super crazy and im still gonna get these days in no matter what.

i felt a bit froggy and went one more time and got 225x10 which is a rep PR.
cardio was 25 min hiit on the treadmill.
tomorrow i will be hitting bench doubled up with my deadlift day. after my set weights and reps for the deads, im gonna shoot for 300 for one. i hit 275 for reps last week which was a PR, so im aiming high, figure what the he*l. push myself to the max.

well this run has ended and it has been great. this is my first run with a PH and i can say i am very pleased. final weight is 238 so up around 8 pounds while running a carb cycle diet. all my main lifts are up. my deads went from doing 225 for a couple to 305 for 2, bench went up rep wise. went from 225x1-2, to 225x5, so i am very pleased with that also. i didnt really have any sides, i got a headache one time but once i cut out my stim prewo it went away, but around the end of week 2 to week3 i didnt need any form of prewo, all i could think about was hitting the gym, and a few other things associated with the libido going through the roof, i can really say it help with recovery because as the run went longer i wasn't nearly as sore the next days, and also could do more in the gym before my muscles gave up. so all in all i will be be running this again after the right time off. thanks again to Iron flex halo x was awesome
