I am usually dragging over the weekend from being so busy throughout the week as well as lack of sleep...I have felt great all day today! Energy and focus has been on point- I have gotten a lot accomplished...some fun things first thing this morning, several past due "to do's," as well as working on my cake business logo/cards. I can't imagine what it will be like with training! The appetite suppressant is a huge help too! I had lunch and that's all I've eaten so far...it's been 8 hours and I'm just now getting hungry! ��

Well, today it's obviously been off...Weekdays, the timing is roughly every 3 hours. Weekends, timing is not as specific. Usually 3-4 meals vs 5 meals. Macros alternate 150p/175c/65f & 150p/90c/80f. I also have one trace carb only day with 175p/100f.What's your macros or diet your following? Timingg of your food?

You probably couldn't do sprints but you could still squat as long as the ball your toe isn't broken. I tell my clients they would be able to lift their toes up, forces them to drive through their heels. Also shows me if they have **** ankle mobility...Yeah...luckily it's the next to last one so I should be ok. We will see how much I grip the floor tomorrow I guess.
