This stuff is great! I am usually dragging over the weekend from being so busy throughout the week as well as lack of sleep...I have felt great all day today! Energy and focus has been on point- I have gotten a lot accomplished...some fun things first thing this morning, several past due "to do's," as well as working on my cake business logo/cards. I can't imagine what it will be like with training! The appetite suppressant is a huge help too! I had lunch and that's all I've eaten so far...it's been 8 hours and I'm just now getting hungry! ?

What's your macros or diet your following? Timingg of your food?
Well, today it's obviously been off...Weekdays, the timing is roughly every 3 hours. Weekends, timing is not as specific. Usually 3-4 meals vs 5 meals. Macros alternate 150p/175c/65f & 150p/90c/80f. I also have one trace carb only day with 175p/100f.

Can you come cook for me? I'm crippled due to shoulder surgeryand require a chef to cook my meals
I thought Brandinooooo came up to the hood to cook rice for you. Kinda figured you chained him up in a closet or something, since he hasn't been around much.

I hit my toe last night on the foot of my sons bed and I'm thinking it might be broken...it's turning colors!

Guess we will see how it holds up with squats tomorrow!

Yeah...luckily it's the next to last one so I should be ok. We will see how much I grip the floor tomorrow I guess. Lol May not be able to run sprints though.

You probably couldn't do sprints but you could still squat as long as the ball your toe isn't broken. I tell my clients they would be able to lift their toes up, forces them to drive through their heels. Also shows me if they have **** ankle mobility...

Good to hear! Can you move it or does it seem actually broken?
It's probably just a small fracture- I can move it but the pain is just behind the toenail so I don't really move that part much. Lol

you stick with those workouts and those meals you will be putting us all to shame!
