Tbar rows - 200x8 reps

BB Curls - 125x6x4x3 = 13
Pinwheels - 60x8x6x4 = 18
Seated Calves - 150x12
Lying hamy - 80x13x8x6 = 27
Hack Squat - 3 platesx8, 195x20

Decline Press - 235x8x5x3= 15 reps
Military Hammer = 205x5x4x3=12 reps
Reverse Grip Bench - 185x5x5x4=14
Lat Pull - 210x7x5x3 = 15
BB row - 225x8, 135x20
Nice numbers G. One thing to change would be the forearm routine though. They are a straight set of between 12-20. Haevy weight so that 12 is barely obtainable. When 20 looks do-able the weight goes up. I usually rest about a minute after biceps and let it rip.
