My mouth is watering!!!
I have an addiction to ordering from Nutraplanet, so much so that my wife has cut me off from supps for a while. Of course the need for staples overrides, but I won't be grabbing every single stack special anymore

Looking good. Always positive when we see someone logging a product then buying it later.

I took off running from stopped. The first step I took ruptured it. Sounded like a tennis ball hit a concrete wall. Heard it first. Then tried to figure out where the sound came from. I though someone threw something and it hit my leg. It didn't hurt for a few seconds.

Total down time for the calve is 8 weeks. But I am one week down and I can hobble on it in the house. I have use crutches when I go out. A boot was ordered Friday. So hopefully Tuesday I will have it. Then I can get around with the boot. So I will start back on a upper body routine for a week then try to add in quad extensions and leg curls with light weight.

That sounds painful. Sorry to hear that, but I am sure you will adapt fine and be back in no time, or 7 weeks whichever comes first

Yeah, it was a bit higher in the inner portion if the calf. Waiting for the MRI to be read next week. But the ortho said he could feel a small rupture in the calf. Approx 3 cm wide. There were all kinda of blue veins over the are he said from the trama to th muscle. My ankles also bruised pretty good. Ortho said it was from the blood pooling due to gravity.

I am hoping MRI reads to my benefit

How long were you out with the Achilles. That's major.

I couldn't believe how loud it was. And I honestly thought someone threw something at me. It felt like I got hit with a ball.

Your achilles runs all the way up your calf, it sounds to me like that is what it is. It doesn't necessarily present with pain in the ankle. I am willing to bet on Achilles rupture. But I can be wrong, even though I never am. ;)

Lol.
Yeah, he actually diagnosed it as the Achilles day one , Bc of how much inflammation was present. But day 2 he could see the tear in the gastrocnemius it was about 2-3 cm. I went back on Thursday he said he could feel the tear. I will let you know what the MRI says. Achilles is such a long rehab, I pray it's not.

Tcicep Routine

Skull Crushers
2 warm up sets 15 reps

4 working sets- heavy elbows tightly push in for 8

Single arm DB extensions-Lying- Just like a skull crusher, but one arm at a time with a moderately light dumbbell. Use free hand as support, and do 12 reps each arm 2 sets. Yes it is normal to be in pain.

Single arm kick backs
4-10

Rope (slow 2:2:2 pace)
4-10

Reverse Grip Pull downs
4 - 12 to 15 (1:1:1 pace) go till failure last set.

That's a pretty decent routine. I ve done it a few times.
This again ..deciding if I wanna do it after chest or back in the next half hour

Ended up doing back and arms last night

4 sets of lat pulldowns at plate 9, 12, 14, 10

Bent over rows with dumbbells
4 sets
70s, 80s, 90s, and 80s

Db shrugs
3 sets 75s, 90s, 95s

Lying db pullovers
3 sets 75, 80, 85

I then did that tricep routine above and supersetted with bis which was a routine of reg curls hammer curls and reverse grip curls..

Back and arms were screaming last night..feeling good today!

1 lean efx this morning with 2 natty efx..taking second dose now as always I believe I have 12 days left so need to wotk hard this last week and a half!

Just decided to start to an intermittent fast..16/8 protocol usually break the fast around 11 for lunch and then three meals and start tje fast again at 7pm.. the largest meal being post workout and the first meal on off days..carbs obv being higher on workout days protein always high and fats higher on off days..

What do u think about that? Worth it? Do u like IF or should I not even worry about it

Not a fan of fasting but you know your body better than anyone else. Back in the day there was a pro that supposedly only ate one meal a day, Beckles, Bannout...can't recall.

How about some bcaa so its not total muscle catabolism
