This reminds me of a story my step dad told me. Back when he was working in the army core of engineers him and two of his friends stopped at this bar in this small town I think it was in WV. The bar didn't have a lot of people in it when they arrived. My step dad left and his friends stayed. Well it turned out to be a gay bar and this gay guy said something to my step dad's friends along the lines "Hey, I'd like to suck your ****." So one of the guys replied "I should kick your ass." and the gay guy said "There's only one thing I like more than sucking **** and that's fighting." and he beat both the guys up.

That and lawsuits. No one can handle getting their @ss handed to them in a fight, so they turn to suing someone and/or pressing charges. The only time I think that should be the case is when it's totally uncalled for. But if you run your mouth, you better be prepared to roll with whatever happens next and not cry about it.

I live in Texas, so I dunno how it is elsewhere, but here if someone talks enough crap sometimes you can legally beat their a**. They have to agree to go outside or tell you to hit them or throw a drink on you or spit on you, etc. If they do any of that, they are legally agreeing to fight, and the blame is no longer on you. My gf dated a cop for a few years, thats what he told her.
Hmmm, I've never heard of the "He asked for it" defense actually working! That's interesting to hear, although I'd have to investigate that further before attempting to prove it (assuming I was a violent person of course, which I am not)!

I used to be a chubby kid in junior high, looked over by girls in high school and I love the attention now, too. Particularly when I go back home for anything and I see all those people out now...the hot girls let themselves go and I won't even give them a glance.
