I'm going to run it according to bottle directions in order to properly judge is effectiveness, but my diet will greatly improve over what it is now. I haven't been eating a bunch of crap, but I also haven't been eating as cleanly as I could since I'm on a straight up bulk right now. My girlfriend is trying to tighten up as well so we'll be able to hold each other accountable on our intake.
