I'm new to working out, I'm small I'm 18- 5'5 (im a lil guy).....only 115lbs been working out for bout a year now. I can only bench rep 130 which is pathetic compared to you guys, but I can't gain weight. My body fat is 6.5% so my question is, can I gain any more muscle without more weight?Or do I have to gain weight to gain more muscle?
I workout 3 times a week in the gym
m-arms/shoulders
w-arms/shoulders
t-legs
on the days I dont workout in the gym I will do cardio, and do some light weightlifting at home.
I drink whey protein usually once a morning, and weightmuscle/gainer bout 3 teaspoons full (says on the bottle to take 5 teaspoons but it to thick then)-with milk at night. And I take one fish oil pill once a day, along with calcium pill, and amino acid pill.
Any ideas? My working out schedule fine?
and my intake fine? havent gained weight in bout 4 months.
Should I just wait it out?
I'd appreciate any help, or advice
