I have a similar problem, i had pian elbow to shoulder though.
I worked through it and lost function of my bicep... i coulnt flex ot for 3 months or so.

If it feels like it's a connect point of, or a tendon itself, o would go to a dr soon amd to some pt. Not trying to get you going, but it sounds similar and id hate another guy to go through it, not workong out for a few months is a huge loss.

The drs told me tendonosis and to take it easy, i didnt... What healed me in the end was pt, 100 rep band exercises and hgh. Tendons dont heal fast.

Im just hoping its not carpel tunnel
No ****, that would suck especially if you're going to run hgh.

Tendonosis is different, its the separation of the tendon tissue length wise, not a tear crosswise.
It could just be nerve pain too, if its a shooting pain it might get better with a good few days of rest and a chiropractor.

Ive had golfers elbow a year or so. When it hurts stop that movement imstantly. Friction massage helps. Ice fricton afterwards helps

Same. I got tendinitis from over training myself on a ph cycle and casting a fishing rod on my weekends. Doc said no weights for a month and start easy going back to the gym. It's been 3 months. I still have some days it is sore or slight pain but for the most part it's healed. I wear a compression sleeve on that arm just about all the time and they sell braces specifically for tendinitis

I have the same problem, mine is tennis elbow and anything where I have to use a strong grip affects me. I am also a mechanic for a living and I can't not use my grip. It really flares up from pull ups or bicep workouts. I've been dealing with it off and on for a few years but I can't avoid using that muscle group long enough to completely heal it.

I am by no means a doctor, nor am I affiliated with any doctor. But if it is affecting your life in that way why not go see a specialist? They can shoot you with steriodial compounds to heal it or there is a surgery (the specific name escapes me) where they simply cut the muscle and re attach it to a stronger point on the bone. It has a very high success rate.

I don't know about the OP but for me it's not bad enough that I would want surgery. More of an annoyance. Plus I don't have health insurance and out of pocket medical costs are crazy.

Go to an orthopedic. Not a general practitioner. They know thier ****. Also I agree that surgery should be a last resort. Shots physical therapy and other healing methods should be exhausted first.
