All Right Guys, I got my Epi Andro Elite and Laxo Elite in. Just a bit of background before I begin, I'm currently in contest prep, so my diet will be on point. Currently taking in 500 cal deficit, so for this particular log, you'll get an idea of how this product works during a prologue deficit state and how it will effect my body composition and energy levels during my cut. I'm currently 7 weeks out from one show and 9 for another.
My hopes are that this will bring me in at my most conditioned package to date. I've brought home hardware at my last two shows winning my division at my latest show. My fingers are crossed for the overall this time around, so my effort during this log will be through the roof.
I'm quickly approaching 37 years young and sitting at 166lbs. Historically, when I approach the lower end of 160s, I feel like crap and the stubborn bodyfat takes forever to burn off. We'll see just well these two supplements benefit my progress.
My current big 3 lifts are modest at best, as I just started taking a more focused approach to them recently. It seemed every time I'd make progress, I'd have a lower back or leg injury. I'll focus more on volume training so I don't stall my progress with any unfortunate injury. Again, my hopes are that even with the deficit, my strength levels increase while on this stack.
Bench 300 (nursing injury)
Squat 320
Deadlift 410
For anybody following along that has experience with laxo, dosing recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Wish me luck and thanks in advance for following along.
