Doing well Rhyno, only another two days and then :hot:
indeed :D

Regarding your previous question, I don't have a set weight loss goal I am going for more body composition changes. 8% bodyfat is my goal, but I think its a while off.

Day 13
Current weight: 218

Muscles are looking fuller for some reason. Maybe I'm recomping but I doubt it. Lethargy was real bad today; I napped for a few hours in the afternoon. I wasn't too hungry though, and cravings were nil. My mom made chicken pot pie for dinner, one of my faves. It didn't effect me much at all, just enjoyed the smell. Maybe the v-diet really does positively effect the mental aspect of dieting.

Reflections
Have one day left. It will be nice when I can have my first real meal. I would consider running this diet again if I had two weeks off from work during the summer. Otherwise, I would not be able to function.

Thanks y'all. It was a struggle but I made it.

The Team Skip blend; 10-15lbs should do it.

Velocity Diet: two week recap

Starting weight: 230lbs
Current weight: 217lbs -13lbs

Starting bodyfat estimate: 18%
Current bodyfat estimate: 15-16% -2 or 3%
I think I look more like 15% atm, but albuterol tends to make me lose a lot of sub-q water so I'm not sure. Either way, I'm happy with my losses.

I'm transitioning off the diet now. Having three shakes a day while adding 300 cals per day. I will gain at least 5 of those pounds back when I carb up. I will do this in a very well deserved cheat meal on Friday afternoon. By next Friday I should be back on my usual hypocaloric CKD diet.

Transition day 1
Current weight: 215 -2

Just a quick update; I'm down another two pounds! For my transition period, I dropped the albuterol and switched to recreate. Three liquid meals and two solid ones taking in a total of 1900 cals. Had a baconator without the bun yesterday...it was magical. Going to have a mini carb-up today. My Pops is taking me to the original Gino's East in Chi-town before I return to school. I'm hoping to at least have ten keepable pounds lost, but I'm not sure how much I'll gain back in the carb-up.
