Nice! I do similar thing to really crush my tris. When I feel like I can't get anymore reps with the weight, I grab a band and wrap it over the top of cable crossover area. Thanks brother! I have a shoulder workout to upload, and should be crushing legs later today too. Had an off day yesterday. Popped 2 scoops of fitmax this morning, as I only had about 2 hours of sleep last night.. Zzz, I felt some hardcore rage this morning after drinking it. Haha. I started the log at 161 pounds and ended today with a weight of 155 pounds. I dropped 6 pounds in around a months time, all while maintaining strength which is awesome!! At first I didn't notice a whole lot with just 1 scoop, except for some stomach discomfort..which resided on about the 4th or 5th day. Once I got up to 1.5/2 scoops I was a sweating machine, and it gave me a great boost in the AM upon waking. It did not taste bad, just a little tart..and mixes well. I would recommend this supplement to anyone asking me for a good pre-workout/fat burner.
