hey guys im fairly new to the forums and ph's. a little background info... , been lifting for over 4 years and i am 5'8 225-230lbs atm.
My goal is to cut and loose another 3-4 inches of my waist so i can join the navy! so i decided to run my first cycle and see where it gets me.
i am doing a 6 week epistane cycle which will look like.. 30/30/40/40/40/50. stacked with stanozane.. my only support is cycle assist and multi and fishoil.
i dont really have a pct planned out, but i am going to get nolvadex, erace and daa for sure and figure out dosings later on... but the only thing that im really worried about is my diet....
my MAIN goal is to cut/recomp. i would like to build some muscle in the process but i do want to loose a lot of weight. how should my macros/calories be?
im used to cutting at 2400-2500 calories which is really low for my weight. but im thinking of cutting at 3k calories with epistane..
can some one please give me some insight/suggestions?. thanks!
