For extreme use take 4 caps twice a day! Should I give this a run?

Yeah it is a damn good product from the studies anyway. So far the results seem to jibe with it too.

I like that kind of instruction ... :) lets push it to the max but for the logging purposes use as intructed. Then buy a boatload of the shyte and go to town. I know that's not the real price on Nutra it will go down significantly I believe.

try it AZ - just keep in mind, you may exacerbate any issues you have noticed, by doing so :dunno:

Out of curiosity, if dosing 8, what would be the optimal time? I'm figuring four 30 minutes before lifting. What about the other four? AM meal perhaps?

Yeah mine would be pre workout and probably pre bed. I have been taking it at night on the days I don't train so the dose will be closest to my training first thing in the morning. It is my own idea really and has nothing to do with knowledge of a perfect way to take it.

^^ nice idea actually
if anything, and based only on my understanding of the systemic effects, i'd advise split-dosing 12hrs apart

Biceps/Calves/Quads today and there weren't any of the issues from yesterday. Dosed Max with a whey shake first thing in the morning and did not feel any stomach discomfort. If I do the 8 cap trial I will keep the morning dose and then take the second 30 min preworkout. It won't be 12 hours but close enough. I will give it a go on monday for chest/triceps...can you think of a better time?? Lol

Vascularity/Pump: My biceps were blown up today. My quads felt like tree trunks after my 2 20 rep extensions following squats. Stretching them after was brutal.

Muscle Endurance/Stamina: 2nd day back on Max Pump and the reps just keep coming. I increase the weight and can still hit all my reps. You really have to push to get the lactic acid to come.

Muscle Stength: The weights keep moving up so here again my strength is building.

Overall: I am sold on the product and look forward to stocking up when out. Does this need to be cycled like most other supplements? 8 weeks on then off for 4 and back on? Just curious..

Here is a pic today of me afterwards...I'm covered up but you can see that my arms are filling up the sleeves of that XXL.

One thing that caught my attention was the fact that you had to work longer to get lactic acid to come. Wouldn't this suggest an increase in ATP ? Makes sense. Now I really wonder about this with Crea-Trona.....

Well, the pump for me took about 2 days to establish itself fully. I had to interupt my run so I can't say much as far as it peaking. I will be on this run longer so maybe I can comment on that soon.

It should be a killer combo in my mind. I am taking creatine mono(5g ed) during this but have been for sometime. The endurance/stamina aspect is phenomenal for me and the pump just sweetens the pie.

Today is my core/posterior chain day. I did weighted ABs/hanging knee raises and then went to weighted Reverse Hypers/weighted single leg hypers/RDLs/weighted glute bridges/lying hamstring. I blew through the workout but at the end I could barely stand erect because my back was so pumped. I would not suggest that Max Pump be used while on cycle. Lol

Calves/Shoulders tomorrow.

Well that or don't do the exercises that make your back pump really bad with it. I almost never do Squats on an oral run. I will always go for the leg press simply because I have had squats cripple me via back pump to the point I had to stop too many workouts because I couldn't even walk much less lift.

Reverse hacks, Leg press and leg extensions for me right now.

what's this nonsense about no squats?
man....cannot live without them..of course, i don't have a leg press unit, so unless i'm doing squats or walking lunges, my wheel size suffers tremendously

True that Snags! I've always had some form of squat in my routine. Right now I am using the Zercher squat. It isn't quite as hard as the front squat but it's close.

Today I hit calves/shoulders. I've always had a tough time getting my shoulders to fill up with blood but today it was definitely better than usual. Nothing to get excited over but a noticeable improvement. I did however increase my reps and weights today so the endurance/strength aspect is still solid. I am still loving this benefit tremendously.

No Nonsense at all! In all honesty squats are basically a hamstring, adductor and hip exercise for me. My natural pelvic tilt and hip position see to that. I can do very close stance squats and get my quads but in all honestly the leg press does a much better job for me than squatting as a power move for my quads. When I switch up my legs to doing hamstrings and quads separately I put squats on the hamstring days, alternating typically with Dead Lifts as the main exercise. For quads it is mostly leg press with some hack squats tossed in. I do like to do leg press first sometimes then do a Widow Maker on squats while my quads are already beat then they seem to get much more from the squats.

By the way Paul Dillet built his legs without squatting also. He basically had the same situation as me regarding them being hip and hamstring dominant.

Nice that you are getting a pump in places you normally don't. Zerchers are some seriously uncomfortable S.O.B.'s do you use a towel or anything to keep them from biting into your biceps tendons?

Reverse hacks are really a squat, does put less pressure on the core though.
For the reverse hacks do you mean just facing backwards in a Hack Squat Machine? We have a machine specifically made for that in one of gyms I go to but again it ands up being hamstring and glute dominant.
Main reason for doing the Zerchers^^
I may have to give these another shot. I do get a great quad workout from Barbell hacks but talk about a movement that requires CNS to be trained... I have fallen backwards a step or two probably every time when I first incorporate them back into a workout. Man do they kill the quads though.

Yes the machine the gym is designed for both forward and reverse hacks and when you go very low it's extremely focussed on the hams and glutes. I need extra hamstring focus more than anything so it's a win for me.

Yeah it really has to do with pelvic tilt if they tend to rock back then glutes hams and hips are dominant, if they are in a more forward alignment then squats will rock quads. Don't get me wrong I definitely squat, I find it both fun and challenging. However to really get my quads I also need leg press. If I only had a home gym I would definitely have to do front squats or zerchers and barbell hacks to kill my quads.

Nice I love that machine. I can load that bad boy up with plates all the way across it and rep that bad boy out for 3 sets of 15. I have ridiculously large glutes and my hamstrings are not too shabby either.

5th day of use and it seems to have me feeling fuller all day. My diet has been on point since the trip out of town so no changes there to cause these effects. I am probably going to keep my cals at this level for a little while longer since I just started logging a test booster. Today I hit calves/back and once again the weights went up and all my rep targets were hit. It will be very interesting to see where my numbers go after Max Pump ends. Not much in the pump department with my back. I have 3 body parts that struggle to get pumps and good mind/muscle connections:back, hamstrings, and shoulders. My back is slowly coming on line but the other 2 seem hopeless. I guess I could throw calves(gastrocs) in there too. Hey,who doesn't like a challenge right. Off day tomorrow and then some core/posterior work on Sunday. Enjoy your Friday guys!

Same game plan here. I am aggressively trying to change things.

Today was a basic core/posterior workout. Hit some ABs/reverse hypers/hypers and some stretching. My lower back was so pumped again that it was tough to stand up straight. I will say this though: day 4-5 is when the cummulative effects set in. The specific muscles you workout get pumped for about an hour and then subside but you do have a nice total body fullness all day. Tomorrow is chest/triceps and it will be a double dose test!

Ok guys, the Max Pump treat has come to a brief end until I grab some soon. Lol Today was a double dose extravaganza! I took the first dose in the morn and then later dose pre-workout. I did notice some stomach discomfort with the second dose even though I took it with food. I will absolutely confirm that the pump was much fuller with the double dose. My chest and triceps were totally engorged. I will also say that the pump lasts about an hour and then calms down. Now the details:

Vascularity/Pump: The pump was evident from the first dose but became more pronounced after the 4th-5th day of consecutive use. I will be very curious to see how this plays out with longer use. I generally have very vascular arms but really did not see much increase here. The deep muscle pump was the big plus. Grade: 5

Muscle Endurance/Stamina: Max Pump made you notice this benefit from the first workout. The lactic buffering and additional reps achieved made each workout a joy. I was pounding out more reps and consequently increasing weights with every workout. You need to have your recovery aspect in order with Max Pump or you will push yourself into the overtraining zone in time. Grade: 5

Muscle Strength: As stated above,my weights increased with every follow up workout of the same muscle group. Clearly this translates into an improvement. Grade: 5

Overall Physical Performance: Max Pump had a profound impact on my workouts. I was unstopable during my workouts and continued to push more weight for more reps. Grade: 5

Overall Oppinion: I absolutely enjoyed using this product and look forward to grabbing more when it comes out. I really like the benefit of being able to dose it whenever was convenient. This is not something that has to be taken strictly at pre-workout. I am also going to try breaking the cap dose up into smaller doses thru-out the day to possibly alleviate some of it's minor downsides. These mostly involved some stomach discomfort after dosing on an empty stomach and in my case some pretty volatile greenhouse gas. I have a sensitive GI tract so this could be just my issue. Grade: 4.5

Final Score: 4.88 Great new product guys!! Thx for the opportunity to try it out.
