I just noticed that 4 weeks ago today was when I started the log...WOW!
So last night was my last night of the AD-3, and I will also be taking a break from the MassHGH (but I have still been sleeping so well!!!! I am gonna miss that!).

I definitely had great strength improvements, as noted by the weight of my lifts. I pretty much always felt rested and ready to kill my workouts (except for the carb overload food coma).

Doc, guess what??? My girl, Jamie Piner won her pro card last night!!!!! Can you believe, from bikini to wpd in less than 2 yrs.?!? I tried to post her progress pics but the file was too big.

Did someone say carb up day??!? :)

Ugh yes, I will really get it started once things calm down. I had strted it but then there were too many family obligations (dinners, parties, etc.) it wasn't practical for me, but I plan on using as thigns calm down. I have modified it at the moment using the carb powder before/during workouts, and doing a low carb cycling using 30gm (just the carb powder-3x/week), 60gm (mod days 2x week), and 90 gm (heavy days 2x week). and I have been adding more greens in my meals...I felt like I was missing out on my veggies :) this is workout so far, and I am able to slightly modify when there is a dinner. I have to remind myself that I am not prepping for comp, and can relax a bit BUT not too much ;)
I will let you know when I get this started for real!

That is AMAZING!!!! HOLY MOTHER!!!! WOW that is awesome yeah she was in amazing condition up on that stage in Boston, she deserved her pro card :-D

yeah I love it! lol but when I am working on my arms I get this insane forearm pump/swell that it interferes with my lifting lol I can't get full ROM!

Thanks Q!!! :-D ugh the forearm swell is so awkward and uncomfy lol, I find myself raising my arms in thearm hoping the buildp will run back into my body...never happens LOL

Thanks Marms! I really do believe that the stack helped with my size...I am a lot harder and bigger than before it is awesome...and have also become a logging junky!
