mega dosing - 3 servings throughout the day - 3 servigins through workout
Regular - 3 servings during workout
New way I am going to try next - 2 servings through workout - 1 serving after to help aid in recovery but in reality the 1st two ways work awesome - mega-dosing especially.
well i bought the sampler so i only get 2 servings of each flav. so ima just try out the 2 servings during workout. the flavors of the excell make it hard to chose and also makes me wanna workout all day so i can drink it more
i've been consuming a sample pack each workout which is what... 2 servings... and have seen a noticable increase in my performance during my workouts...
All the flavors match their expected taste and are really good - I am not a huge strawberry fan myself of anything (except milkshakes, mmmm) but it is tasty.
