Not a stim effect at all...appetite is simply not there. It's almost like food, something that usually hangs pretty high up in my thought patterns, stops existing.

Almost a week through and yeah, my appetite is crushed. If i attempt to eat I feel full beyond belief. This stuff is great. Makes dieting easy because food isn't so tempting now.

Only issue I'm having is some days my appetite is crushed for so long, that when i get home I start to want to binge eat. My food addiction kicks in hard. I may have to add 3rd cap, or adjust last dose closer to 5 or 6pm

The appetite control is weird to me. I still get hungry for at least lunch or dinner but after eating about half I just instantly am full beyond belief. It's like a brick wall. Makes you feel sick to eat anymore. I think this is pretty awesome. I still get to enjoy food but I don't have to finish it.

NoAddedHmones I'd say it's just nonexistent. I literally forget to eat.. No hunger pains either, unless I get to far away from my usual eating windows (~4hrs, if I get to ~6 I start to get hangry)

No stim feeling, no jitters or anything that'd be related to a typical fat burner.

Again, I've really only noticed this with my first dose which is first thing in the morning, empty stomach)

The feedback so far on Epitome has been even better than we could have imagined. Glad to see you are having some good things tyga even if we didn't anticipate people at your bodyfat having as good results as those who are higher or lower bodyfat.

Very intriguing. Probably cause AMPK will be increased the most in a fasted state. Cannot wait to try this stuff.

did you stay awake? May have been a coincidence but I had trouble falling asleep last night. Not a stimulated got to get up and do something feels, but my mind was moving from subject to subject. Either way, I won't dose again pre bed just because.

However, that second dose last night seemed to suppress hunger to a better degree since I've started.

Wife said to me just 5 minutes ago, "you've lose weight, I can see it in your neck" although, my neck is the last place lol I'd want to lose it.. Preferably the ab region haha it is what it is.

With that being said, I can take pictures tomorrow morning but it won't be the same lighting nor the same mirror :/

(The second and recent picture was taken at my folks place. Go over there every Sunday after church to spend time with them and watch walking dead with my pops)

Question for dsade regarding defuse real quick. Can they make you nauseous/sick.

I tried to cheat last night, popped 4 caps 30min before my meal and I got reaaaalllll sick. Didn't throw up. Today, after my awesome session at the gym, I decided I wanted sushi. Popped 4 defuse 30min before eating again... This time I got so nauseous I threw up at the restaurant.

Net loss so far - 3.8lb

Day 1 kcals- 2054
Today's kcals- 1950

For this next week I'm going to keep my calories the same. Weight loss has been great at these macros + epitome.

No other product on the market promotes hypertrophy of the hands like Epitome....or maybe tyga is just using his left hand often to.....

Damn! So planned weight loss was 1 lb a week, and it came out to double! Nice!
