Epistane PCT: When to start Erase/DAA?

Good day everyone

I have a few days left in my epistane cycle, but I am still confused as to how I should dose my PCT items.

My cycle consisted of:
Havoc at 30/40/40/40/50/50
Liv52 at 2 ED
Cycle Assist

My PCT consists of:
Nolva at 20/20/10/10
DAA
Erase
Creatine
Cycle Assist

Here are my questions:

1) Should I continue Liv.52 through my PCT? Continue it at 2 pills ED?

2) I believe that I am suppose to start DAA from day 1 of PCT at 3grams. How long should I run it for? 4 weeks?

3) When should i start erase and at what dosage? Ive heard of 0/0/1/2/3/3/1
or 1/1/3/3

As a side note, I am pretty gyno sensitive..

1)Yes , space it 3-4 hours away from the nolva.

2)Yes day 1 3g of of DAA for 6 weeks.

3)Wrong Erase dosage, proper dosage: 0/0/3/3/2/1

Side note: If you are THAT gyno sensitive, and you also ran 50mg of epi for 3 weeks, do Nolva at 40/40/20/20.
