I call this: the fat pump. The perfect fasted pre workout drink.

1sc amino iv
1sc pump x3
500mg agmatine
3.3g GMS
2sc alphamine
2sc metabolic powder
7.5g citrulline malate

Taken with 50mg F95 and x2 AAv2

Also taking another scoop of amino iv for intra and maybe a third for post if I decide to fast longer.

I smashed back and had 8g aminos pre, 15 intra with 70g carbs, 10 g aminos post. Will have 10g (hica included) every 2 hours till Super Bowl **** feat. However I don't think it'll be too bad to eating wise I'm brining turkey chili.

Ya that's similar to my plan. Did a full body workout, a little liss cardio after, post shake with 30g pro/5g creatine. Nothing but taste testing my cooking.

Made some banana peppers stuffed with chicken, onion, broc, bean sprouts and some low cal onion and spinach dip (onion, turkey bacon, ff cot chz, ff Greek yog, spinach). Prob gonna have some chili and a little pulled pork. Maybe a deviled egg or two.

Supps like this:
1.5hr pre meal- 1sc alphamine, 2sc MP, 2 AAv2
20min pre meal- 1AP, 2recompadrol, 1 CLA
30min into meal- same as above
If eating again- same as above (20min pre)

Pre bed: 2sc MP, 2AAv2

Today's pre-workout concoction: 1sc FP Alphamine, 7.5g CitMal, 1sc Pump X3, 2sc Metabolic Powder, 1sc Jack3d Advanced. Should be delicious and have me pretty well revved up and burning some serious fat!
That CM is going to make you go cray with the jack3d and alphamine, be careful to not blow a gasket.

Vascularity was amazing. Can't wait to see how it gets as my bf% drops.

Next couple days I'm gonna be adding some Beta-Cret 2.0 to my pre workouts (running it as a review on bb). 204mg caffiene/ srv should be fun ;)

Weighed in yesterday morning at 196.2lb so I gained some weight but I'm definintely looking better so I'm pretty excited. Recomp city in here. Can't wait to see what the next few weeks hold. Week 8 is usually when people can really notice a diff even without taking clothes off so thats my soft "deadline"

Updated dosing (as of sunday):

Added 25mg of F95 to my pre-workout (for a total of 100mg/day)

Added x2 AAv2 pre-bed on an empty stomach. Last meal is a casein/blend shake and some veggies about 1.5-2hr pre-bed.

Current batches, as of the last few months, are at a 2:1 ratio...
Any idea what nutraplanets is? It's unmarked so I assume 1:1

So I never thought I'd say this, but: Thank god for first-thing-in-the-morning cardio. Woke up this morning thinking "man, it feels colder then normal in here' (I keep my house pretty cool so mornings are always a bit tough)... Well, I walked past the thermostat and see that it's 55 degrees. Apparently my heating oil ran out in the middle of the night so its gonna be a cold one tonight. Might have to sleep in a parka or on the treadmill ha. Of course, the guy who normally delivers my oil decided to retire and won't help me out either. Dick move. Gonna be a long gym session today just to stay out of the house.

Quick update:

Really starting to notice the body comp changes the last week or so. I can tell everything that I'm doing is really working and the synergy between these supps is amazing. I think in a couple weeks I'm going to throw some ARA into to mix and see how that goes. I can't stress enough how excited I am to be seeing the scale stay almost exactly the same (if not a bit more!) and see the awesome body comp changes too. Proabably gonna try to get some pics up here to celebrate week 5 this sunday. The goal is now to be 15-20lb heavier with the same definition I had a couple years ago (trained 16 weeks for a race) and then to be able to "flexible diet" my way through the summer and stay in better shape while allowing some diet freedom.

Some thoughts on a potential upcoming stack (looking at potentially 4-6 weeks):
X-Factor (or Advanced)
PeakBeta+
Metabolic Powder
Anabeta Elite
GMS
Cutting supps: alphamine/dexaprine xr + tt-33/AAv2(don't know if I can NOT include this as its worked so well thus far)/AT2/Burn24

Feedback or suggestions welcome

Updates (and noodz, as promised):

Weight - 197.1lb
bf%- I quit using the scale so I'll have to caliper cuz every time I gain weight the scale bf% goes up and as evidenced by the pics, this is not even remotely the case.
No issues to speak of as far as bumping any of the supps (AAv2/F95) over the last week or so. Everything is going very smoothly and I'm actually GAINING weight while getting leaner. The only change that I'm making is to my diet. I've been very tired a lot of day in the last week or two and I think it could potentially be too low of calories (I'm at about 1800 most days). I'm going to start small and add in 2 rice cakes PWO on lifting days (35kcal each, 70/day, 4 days/wk - total of 280extra kcal/wk) for some additional kcals and see how that goes.

Comparisons (1/2/14 - left, 2/10/14-right):
Front
5wkCompare_front.png

Side
5wkCompare_side.png

On a side note, I've begun reading the carb backloading book and even though I did a lot of research on this topic in the last year or so, the book is really a worthwhile read. Especially while doing my cardio sessions ha. I may start adopting this practice once I get down to a weight/look I'm happy with as I know what I'm doing now works and don't wanna take a step backwards until I reach my goal.

Awesome progress my man. Keep it up!
Thanks guys! Really starting to see the Rogers's and excited to see the final product. I've added a lot of muscle in the past year so I can't wait to see what it looks like. Hoping to have the same six pack I had about 2yrs ago except at 180 instead of 155 haha. I was just a baby back then.

I agree with hvatech ^^

I'd run forskolin with ara

Forget gms. I mean it serves a purpose but otherwise just an expense better spent on forskolin

I'd stay away from the tt33 and at2 together

Run the tr33 then at 2 if you choose to do it that wag

Was planning on tt33 or at2 not both so you're right on there.

So hows that CM doing for your pumps? I love it but seems when stacked with forskolin I dont notice to viens poppin as much, probably due to lower BP.

BTW your thoughts on how the agmatine is doing in the stacks? I've used it in preWOs but never in a burner type stack.

Im LOVING the CM. It has veins totally blowing (like painful) out of my forearms during any upper body exercises. The pump is decent as well but the vascularity and endurance seems to be the real sunshine for me.

I've really only tried the agmatine a couple times (the last 2 sunday's I think) and since I workout fasted on sundays, the pumps are better then expected, but not mind blowing. I would expect that if I threw it in on a normal training day after having 3 carb meals the pumps would be much better. Might have to give it a go on friday for chest/tris.

Just a quick question about agmatine. I went to the doc yesterday and my BP was high(142-something) last time i had it checked it was like 110/6something. Does agmatine drastically raise BP?

I was under the impression that agmatine did the exact opposite...help lower blood pressure.

Someone with more medical knowledge please chime in....

Maybe i was just super nervous! Forgot what that thing was called were you only have high BP when getting it checked in the doc office. The only supps i added was forskolin alphamine, ALCAR. Any of them have a chance at raising bp?

Agmatine, would help lower or at least help keep bp in check...your culprit is probably the alphamine and the yohimbe that's in it...that's what Y does to me...

When you take it does it raise your top and bottom number or just top. She said my bottom was fine but my systolic(top) was high.

It was the systolic...found that out last fall when my work was having a health screen...it put me in the hypertensive category, whoops....though Alphamine doesn't have as strong effect on my heart racing/pounding out of my chest that other supps with Y content does...

Bingo! The Y in Alphamine could very well be your culprit. Good catch schizm.

Yep to all of the above. Agmatine should lower bp and y def has bad effects in some.

White coat syndrome is what you were asking about it being called when you're spikes occur at the docs. I get it a bit too. Even my mom (who is an icu nurse) does.

Check it at a local pharmacy or walmart or something with a machine on a random day and see how that looks.

K major tip here guys: examine.com. They point to pubmed type research and rate the research quality, break the mechanisms down and such with thier added benefit. Also shows what works and doesn't.

See the trick is you got to get the Linger in the mix to syntergize with the unicorn for max gains. Don't be fooled by competators passing off hippogryphs antlers or even dangerous sources like manticore spikes in place of thier unicorn source. No sir, in fact we use only USADA and WADA certified chaotic good unicorns certified to be maiden-warriors command compliant!

Today is my valentine's day since the gf works tomorrow... I got to make up the plans for the night so I worked in my normal cardio by planning some ice skating haha. Anyone who says you have to schedule your diet/exercise around social life has it backwards.

Tonight's plan: A nice light cardio session as we have to hustle through the flower conservatory (its only open til 5 and we wont be there til at least 3)
A lovely dinner at a restaurant that I checked out the menu to make sure they had items that meet my diet plan
Some evening, higher intensity cardio as we go ice skating.

Boom. V(taper)-day
