After some gym talk with the sexy ass manager(my buddy has the hots for her), finally got down to some weights.

Chest/back and some small stuff;)

So the work out was all over the place, but it felt good.

Trying to figure out the weights with all the new machines. Will post weights the next time.

So far, pretty impressed with the new precor plate loaded line, and the cable machines.

Really burned a lot. Couldn't stop eating last night:)

Did full body workouts a couple of months ago, really enjoyed it.

Yesterday was just crazy and not what I had planned. Never mind, it felt great anyway;)

Its quite nice. Worth a few week cycle honestly if you don't want to go down the black market rabbit hole. At low doses I recall excellent strength gains.



What is it?
Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator aka SARM. It's based off of nandrolone, that's why you see info about it being nice to joints. Basically if it makes sense it's a non steroidal steroid. It binds to the AR like a steroid but it's non hormonal. I believe it's being used in osteoporosis research and it shows increased muscle and bone mass.

So after cycling ostarine do you need to run something afterwards or what?

Good work Edge and yes Irish, you should at least run an OTC PCT after running it at anything over say 15mg per day, and at 25 per day for 60 you may want to think about having a SERM around just in case but could probably get away with a serious OTC PCT. I ran it at 40 a day for 6 weeks and a SERM was needed but the results were AWESOME!

Have 3 bottles of PCT revolution left from my repping days, so pretty much covered.

Got me some anatropin test booster by gaspari nutrition coming in along with vasotropin. Might just run a test booster cycle.. still bulking but after 1-andro I got a taste of the dark side =o

Yeah I know, don't feel like lookin for serms though or doing all that extensive research on which one is the best for which compounds. Idk I'll wait on that for a few years.. just going to look for more safe PHs with minimal sides

IrishSoldier a good SERM is a good SERM... After 1-Alpha I would progress to 20-40mg Osta a day for 8 weeks followed by a nice over the counter PCT.

KGx2.2=lbs. I still don't understand why the US insists upon our units of measurement when the rest of the world has it right. Maybe that's why we're the fattest country on Earth.

We 're fat because all people on food stamps can afford is top ramen and horrible processed foods chock full of trans fats. There's a Mac Donald's bk, Wendy's, 5guys or other greasy ass fast food restaurant on every corner. You go to a decent place and they feed you loaves of bread, pasta, potatoes and more starches than one person should eat in a week. Our dietary knowledge from day one is flawed through that stupid ass food triangle they taught us in grade school. You know, the one that suggests 400c 50f and fill the rest of your 2k cals in with protein.

Good movie, leo played a great role...but, the story was a bit too long.
