Looks like a good lift there. I love showing the lil ones how it's done.Was in the gym today with some students. Had to show them a little how it'a done Incline dumbbell press 40kg x 15 40kg x 13 Incline dumbbell fly 26 kg x 12+ 2 x press 24kg x 11 + 3 x press Machine chest press 100kg x 16 100kg x 14 Dips 3 sets 16, 13, 12 reps Pull ups 3 sets 12, 10, 9 reps Barbell ab roll outs 3 sets First from toes, back on the knees Other 2 sets on the knees had a sweet pump going on!!! Have a nice weekend gents.
