Greetings everyone,

Ok I know this is like the 3rd thread I am starting b1tch1ng like a girl about my issues (yes i can hear it, suck it up, you made the decision, not us, and 100% agree with that, i am going to stick through because i wanted bad), but I just want to hear some opinions. Also, this is an important topic for all of us who use.

Basically, 2 weeks into my 500mg test e/wk course (first ever) my hemoglobin was at 166 g/l. Hematocrit was 0.477. Red blood cell count 5,37 (i guess million per microlitre) So, hematocrit and rbc count are perfect while hemoglobin is on a high side (but i suppose this is quite normal for a resistance trained athlete).
I am having some issues like ringing in my ears and sometimes light headaches (i drink plenty of water and i am not bloated, in fact vascularity is better than before the course, so i don't think its e2 related , also, a week ago, e2 came back at 24 pg/ml) but then again, they might not be related to testosterone.

Having this in mind, I decided to donate blood, but I was planning to do it later, around week 10 or 12.
Sooo, having in mind that almost a month has passed since I had those bloods, would you say that I should donate blood asap or am I fine doing it later as i intended originally? I really like the increased endurance and would like to keep it for some more time lol.

I also have a problem with lying about the use of injectable drugs (test e) so I would like to know, what are Your experiences with other options other than donating blood, like therapeutic blood letting (professionally done, not at home). Has anyone done that? I dont really want my primary care physician to know about my blast.

Thanks in advance.

Hematocrit is under 54 no need to bleed.

I’m sure your BP is just fluctuating more than usual. The excess nitrogen can cause ringing in the ears, if you’ve ever taken viagra it does the same thing.

I seriously doubt those numbers are the cause of your issues. Those are the numbers i have AFTER giving blood except the hgb is usually 15 or so

No, i guess it is set like that by default. Or I did it by accident.

i do check my blood pressure on a regular basis. Lately it has been up (140/80 right arm, 120/70 left arm) a bit first thing in the morning.

I had coworkers tell me my face got bloated and red (even though i do not hold any water around my ankles etc. As i said vascularity is improved and no nipple sensitivity) so I took 25 mg of aromasin today as a precaution along with my 1cc shot of enanthate, so we will see how things develop from here.

Edit: before everyone says that i should have decided on a structured ai protocol, i just want to say that i did all of that and crashed my e2 in the process. I actually feel better without an ai (libido and mood wise) but I am still trying to find my sweet spot.
After crashing my e2 doing 25 mg eod in the beginning, i decided to follow "use an ai when symptoms arise" school of thought.

I dont understand where does the idea that you cannot crash your e2 with aromasin come from. I certainly did. Lethargy, anxiety, panic attacks, dry skin, achy knees and elbows.

Weird. Today is the first time I've seen the "Unanswered" label.

I'd personally try not to overdo the Aromasin. Low E is a crappy feeling.

I wouldn't have donated blood in the first place
