You know what that donut/cheeseburger needs? Sausage gravy on top & a big gulp drink on the side. There you go man. Melatonin can suck it.

Yeah you'll be in a fog so thick that you'll go right to sleep. Granted, it will a raised metabolism, unrestful sleep, but your eyes WILL GO SHUT

I can relate. If you ever go thru fairview heights, IL there's a restaurant called Lotawata Creek. You'd think it's a chain but it's one-of-a-kind. Right off 64 coming out of STL. Portions are huge & prices are average to cheap; they charge if you wanna split a plate the portions are so big. A couple could easily split a meal; they have a burger called the big heart attack. Anyway, my fav is the Big Hillbilly Pork Sandwich. Fried pork tenderloins in batter, smothered in melted cheese on thick buttery texas toast, & dripping with chunky sausage gravy. Comes with a trough of more gravy for dunking & a whole separate plate for the pile of fries. I've NEVER been able to kill more than half in a sitting, & I was stuffed. For like $12 maybe. This pic doesn't do it justice; it's huge as f*ck & worth the drive.

I usual start my day with 10 eggs. 6-7 eggs and 3-4 whites.. And then I have carbs yet too

I never take a shake of protein or BCAAs in the morning. I feel like massive amounts of eggs has treated me the best. If I catabolize muscle in the extra half hour it takes, it's not much..

Indeed. I love eggs. I usually have 5 whole eggs and toss some whites in if I have any.

Mine r still sore from Sunday I'm pretty sure I'm fine to train them.
I go easy on legs, I played Ice Hockey, Rugby, and wrestled my entire life so they are kind of un-proportional to my upper body.

Yeah when I hit them twice a week they grow fast. One full out workout and the 2nd one is a semi-workout.

Used to do that with bench. Pseudo west side bb. ME day and DE day. Once I get off the meadows schedule I may mess with it a little.
