Any thoughts? Just feel consuming alot of protein can be beneficial? Again any opinions or experiences?

Not an enzyme, but probiotic BC30 is a good addition - can improve amino acid absorption in humans.

Im a fan of digestive enzymes and probiotics for optimal digestion and gut health.

I take these with my first and last meal of the day:

202157
202158

And then i take these with 3 meals during the day:

202159

I also eat foods that might help with gut health every day:
  • Fermented foods (kimchi, kefir, sourdough bread)
  • Bone broth
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi (with the skin)
  • Psyllium husk

Cool, I'll look into those. Probably going just give it a go for a couple months and see what happens. Like the idea of probiotics with some enzymes I guess.
